Shipping

*Starting April 1st 2023, ALL Canada Post tracking orders withing Canada will be sent with a "Delivery Notice". Upon arriving in your postal code, you will receive this notice to pick up the order at the nearest post office.

All Topdeck Hero shipping is done using Canada Post services.  Topdeck Hero takes responsibility for all orders arriving at the post office and to be shipped properly. Once given to Canada Post, Topdeck Hero is no longer responsible for any error made by Canada Post, not limited to lost mail, once orders have been sent. We strongly recommend the use of Tracked Shipping on all orders. Regular Ground options do not include any tracking or insurance.

Protection against fraudulent activity

All orders are required to be paid with matching shipping and billing addresses. If an address mismatch appears on the invoice, we will cancel and refund the order without warning. You may place the order again with matching information at a later time. This is to ensure protection from credit card theft.

International Shipping

For orders being sent outside of Canada, we are not responsible for the costs of potential customs fees that may be incurred once it reaches your country. We are also not responsible for any delays that may occur, if it is held in customs for any amount of time.

Pricing

Prices are at the sole discretion of Topdeck Hero Games’ administration and may vary without notice.  If you believe there is an error in our pricing and find a better deal elsewhere, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to be as competitive as possible, within reason. We will not price match cards from any other website that is currently offering a promotion on the card(s) chosen.

Store Limits

Our focus is our clients’ satisfaction and to make our product available to everyone. Therefore, following the limits of the game, only 4 copies of any given MTG Single with the same product name will be allowed in orders from a single client within a 24-hour period. While this is not automated, as it is impossible to manage with our current system due to the number of prints and conditions to track, TopdeckHero.com reserves the right to void and refund any quantity of items over the mentioned amount. Please refer to the refunds policy in this situation.  We will make exceptions with Basic Lands and other cards that override this rule of the game (AS Relentless Rats). * This rule does not apply to Pokémon or Flesh & Blood Singles.

Also, following WOTC policies, any Sealed Magic Products may only be shipped within Canada if the product has been in print for less than 2 years.

Your cart may only contain 250 items or less. Please refrain from adding more than the set amount to prevent system errors with your order.

Taxes

Taxes will be adjusted and charged on checkout according to the selected shipping address for Canadian residents, following our Tax Table.  Without any shipping address available, taxes are calculated as if you were in Quebec, Canada:

Store Credit (Updated 27-03-2024)

Store Credit can be obtained from selling cards to us, by participating in weekly events or by gift card. Store credit CANNOT be converted in cash value. Store credit can be used on ALL products in store and online. During a sale, store credit will be disabled and will be unavailable for its duration. Topdeck Hero may at any time decide to refuse store credit on a product or event if certain restrictions are in place. Store credit may not be used if an ongoing promotion, such as 10% Token Coupons that are applied at checkout. Any orders using store credit with a price reduction coupon will be cancelled and the store credit refunded to the client's account.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering upcoming products is highly encouraged to secure any quantities that you may need. Once paid in full, your pre-order is locked in and you are guaranteed to receive the product, unless third party actions force us to cancel. If you place a pre-order with items that are currently available, those items will not be shipped out until all products in the order are available. We strongly suggest that you avoid placing “pre-order” and “non-pre-order” items together, as there are often issues relating to our inventory’s updates and some products may not be available upon completion of your pre-order.

Promotions

Promotions may not be combined. If this situation occurs, it may result in the payment being refunded and the transaction being put on hold until a proper payment is made, or the client decides to void the order.

Our 10% off codes found on Tokens and Newsletters are usable ONLY on Magic and Pokémon Singles and only on the website. The order must be paid for online in order to use the discount code. Only one code at a time may be applied and the code is unavailable during ongoing sales.

Refunds

Refunds are possible on tracked shipping, for missing cards and for grading errors. If this happens, you can reach us by phone, Facebook or email.  We may ask you for additional documents such as pictures of the shipped cards or we may ask you to return the items before processing to refunds.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the necessary documents.  This process can take up to a week in addition to all shipping delays.  

At Topdeck Hero’s discretion, a 10% restocking fee may be applied on any refunds demanded by the client in the event of an order cancellation if the request is found to be for reasons outside of our control.

Responsibility

Topdeck Hero is not responsible for any errors made by third party services.  This includes and is not limited to: Postal Services and Card Processing services. We will work with you at the best of our capacity for whatever situation linked to our services.

Store Policies for In-Store Pick-Up Orders

1. **Storage Period:** Upon successful placement of an in-store pick-up order, the store will securely store the items for a period of six (6) months at no additional cost.

2. **Storage Fee After 6 Months:** After the initial six (6) month period, a daily storage fee of $2 will be applied to the customer's account until the total accumulative charges reach the maximum value of the original order.

3. **Maximum Charges:** The maximum total storage charges will not exceed the total value of the original order. Once the accumulated storage fees surpass the order total, the store reserves the right to cancel the order without providing a refund.

4. **Cancellation Notice:** Customers will be notified in advance regarding the impending storage fees and cancellation policy, allowing them the opportunity to arrange for timely pick-up or make necessary arrangements.

By proceeding with an in-store pick-up order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these store policies. The store reserves the right to modify these policies with reasonable notice to customers.

 

MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Topdeck Hero reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership may be terminated at Topdeck Hero’s discretion without cause, as well as for such things as failure to comply with these conditions and regulations or abuse of your membership privileges. Failure to comply with these conditions and regulations or abuse of your membership privileges may also result in the curtailment of certain privileges.

The membership program can be modified at any given time without notice. Customers with a membership won’t have any of their previous benefits revoked from their membership until the end of their yearly subscription.

Membership fee is for one 12-month period from the date of initial enrollment of the membership program.

 

The renewal of the membership program is not automated Once the 1 year subscription period is over, it will be the client’s responsibility to renew their membership.
